Spinal Alignment: I studied with John McTimoney and qualified as a McTimoney Chiropractor in 1981. I have been in full-time practice ever since. In 1983 I moved to Cardiff and set up the first McTimoney Clinic in Wales. I also taught at the McTimoney Chiropractic College in Oxford in its early days. I have deregistered from the General Chiropractic Council and therefore no longer use the title of chiropractor, but now go under the name of Spinal Health Practitioner. This also includes all the other trainings I have taken which I apply in my practice: the David Lauterstein method of Deep Massage and Process Acupressure taught by Amina Raheem.
Acupuncture: I studied at the College of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in Leamington Spa in the early 1980s, at first a three year training to Licentiate level (Lic. Ac.) and then a further two years of training with Professor J. R. Worsley at that college to receive my Bachelor of Acupuncture (B.Ac.)
Insurance: I am fully covered by insurance for all the treatment methods I provide.
